BigWay Digital designs, builds, hosts, and manages professional websites for local service businesses. Services may include website design, AI chat assistant setup, missed-call text back, lead follow-up automation, review requests, hosting, maintenance, security updates, and support.

The Website Management Plan is billed monthly at the rate shown at checkout. This plan is an ongoing subscription that includes hosting, maintenance, updates, and support for as long as your subscription remains active.

Subscription fees are charged automatically each month through our payment processor. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, we may suspend services until the issue is resolved.

All fees are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes.

You may cancel your Website Management Plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

You agree to provide accurate business information, branding, photos, and content needed to complete your website. Delays caused by incomplete or missing client materials may extend your project timeline. You are responsible for the accuracy of all content you provide.

Your business content, branding, and domain remain yours. The website remains operated and hosted by BigWay Digital while your subscription is active, and you may not copy or transfer the managed platform without permission.

You may not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this policy.

BigWay Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
